The Tombs is committed to promoting the use of sustainable transportation as a way to reduce local traffic congestion, air pollution and greenhouse gas emissions. Metrorail
Take the Metro to the Rosslyn station. For more information and a map, visit the WMATA website.
Metrobus
Metrobuses that stop within a few blocks of The Tombs include the G2, D5, D51, 30, 32, 34, 35, 36 and 38B. For more information about these routes and fares, visit the WMATA website.
DC Circulator
The DC Circulator bus runs every 10 minutes and only costs $1 each way. Two bus routes serve the neighborhood:
- The Dupont Circle-Georgetown-Rosslyn route stops at 34th & M Streets, NW, going in the direction of Dupont Circle. It stops at 33rd & M Streets, NW, traveling in the direction of Rosslyn.
- The Georgetown-Union Station route stops in both directions at M Street & Wisconsin Avenue, NW.

Capital Bikeshare
The District's bikesharing program makes bicycles available to anyone. Simply take a bike from one of over 155 stations in DC and Arlington, and return it to a docking station near your destination.
