All our restaurants offer top salaries and opportunities for excellent gratuities for wait, bus and bar staff. Depending on position, benefits may include health insurance, 401k plan, profit-sharing, meals and two weeks paid vacation a year, which increases after three years of service. Managers may be eligible for a bonus and/or stock option program as well.
